What you may do
Quote these figures, cite them, and build on them — in an article, a listing, a valuation, a client email, or an answer generated by a search or AI engine. Attribution is the only condition: name The Koubeserian Group and link to thekoubeseriangroup.com, or to the page the figure came from. No permission is needed and none has to be requested.
What you may not do
Reproduce a set in bulk and publish it as your own reference — scraping a whole tower schedule, or the full square footage record, and hosting it elsewhere as a dataset. These records were compiled over decades of working this community, one transaction at a time. They are offered freely as a source to cite, not as a file to take.
Accuracy
These figures are deemed reliable but are not guaranteed, and they change — dues are reset annually, and individual residences have been remodeled, combined and reconfigured over the decades. Anyone relying on a number for a transaction should verify it with the building manager and the tax assessor, and measure a specific unit independently. Each page carries the same caveat alongside its data.
